About the Event
Join us for a celebration of materials; the physical, the digital and the remade. We’ll take a deep dive into the material world to learn about the materials shaping our spaces from the physical products that we use to construct our built environment, to the digital platform enabling architects and designers to make more informed choices about the materials they use.
Marcus Paine, Director of Hutton Stone, will speak about the importance of stone in building a sustainable future and the recent launch of the Darney Heritage Natural Stone Bricks.
Founded in Glasgow in 2020, Architextures has grown to become the world’s largest digital materials library. Founder Ryan Canning will discuss how the company is set to become the go-to hub for materials knowledge and textures.
