’Bout ye, Belfast!

We’re crossing the Irish Sea to Belfast's Titanic Hotel for a 2-day exhibition on September 12-13

The new venue - an architectural gem at The Titanic Hotel

In September 2023 we’ll be setting sail for the Northern Irish capital’s thriving A&D community – and a venue that’s a design legend itself. Drawing Office One at the Titanic Hotel, the cathedral-like space where the Titanic was designed.

2023 Dates: Tues 12 - Weds 13, September

We love all of our venues, but this is not one to be missed. As well as being an inspirational site with its own spot in history, it’s been sensitively restored by RMI Architects and reopened in 2017 as a Grade B+ listed hotel. It’s full of original features from its 1880s build; like the three-storey high, barrel-vaulted ceilings. You only have to see a picture to know the overall effect is breath-taking, but it really has to be seen in person. And for those in the know, it’s the only surviving example of this type of shipyard architecture in the world.

A historic location for design & innovation

The world's leading ship designers of the 1880s in Drawing Office One

Not only an aesthetically-pleasing site, many of the original features lend to it being a perfect exhibition space.

Designed to impress, the Drawing Rooms were configured in the nineteenth-century to let in as much light as possible throughout the day. So fortunately for us today, it makes it the ideal setting for showing the latest designs and products in gorgeous natural light.

We can't wait to bring the Belfast design community together!

The format’s following the same agenda as our other two-day events: two days of exceptional exhibitors and inspiring talks; and the infamous evening Parmesan & Prosecco Party. With a whole new community and opulent venue, it’s going to be a design highlight for the year. We can’t wait to see you, Belfast.
